Individual PSYCHOTherapy

Change is the pathway of nature; learning to navigate change in healthy ways is essential to mental health. I integrate evidence-based therapies and individualized strategies to support neurodivergent adults to explore and address anxiety, executive functioning, sensory processing issues, relationship difficulties, self-concept and isolation - all of which can reduce one’s capacity to navigate change.

I believe that people have the capacity to heal what feels broken in their own lives, and to live more kindly, joyfully and peacefully in relationship with themself and others. It is my privilege to help neurodivergent individuals improve their ability to manage change through a dynamic balance of collaborative planning, affirmative action, self-compassion and mindful awareness.
